🌫️Patchy Dense Fog Developing Jonesborough and surrounding Tri-Cities, SW VA. At times the fog will limit your visibility to one mile or less.

💦Random pop-up storms will develop again this afternoon, first in the higher terrain, then some will drift in and move slowly up I-81. The greatest impact across the TRI will be mainly after 2pm to 8pm Thursday. Expect the potential again of #FlashFlooding as we saw yesterday some parts of Washington Co. TN hardly picked up anything before 7pm and downtown J.C. was flooding.
