Drying out and Warming Up! HaPpY First Official Weekend of Summer 2025! Many of you have asked/begged for the rain to be gone, and now we go to the other extreme with a #HeatWave! Highs starting this weekend will soar near or into the lower 90s. Next week will feel hotter than the 4th of July with highs in the mid and possibly upper 90s, with heat index values climbing into the triple digits! 💯°+

H🥵T dome of high pressure will keep conditions nice and dry through early next week. By midweek a few spotty mountainous showers may dampen the landscape, but over all it will remain dry for the next 5 days. Later next week we may introduce a few complexes of storms moving into our direction. Right now confidence is low on any widespread rainfall over the next 7+ days and high confidence in the pending extreme heat. Be careful what you wish for is the moral of the story, but I’m sure my summer fans are rejoicing for the H🥵T pool / lake weather ahead!
