Wind chills at times in the teens. Calm before the storm on Tuesday with highs in the middle 40s, or about 5 below average. Midweek Storm System, Low Pressure will spill moisture across the TN Valley over this Arctic Air late Tuesday night. Here in the TRI, SN❄️W will start between 5am and 8am and continue through the early adternoon, brief lull possible, then more snow develops late Wednesday into early Thursday is how I see it playing out.
