Per the NWS Morristown Saturday Afternoon —
“WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT TO MIDNIGHT MONDAY NIGHT...❄️
* WHAT...Two rounds of snow are expected. The first round from tonight into Sunday morning. Then the second round from Sunday night through Monday. Total snow accumulations from both rounds from 1 to 3 inches from 2500 to 4000 feet. From 2 to 6 inches above 4000 feet. Isolated amounts over 6 inches near to above 6000 feet. Winds gusting to around 40 mph.
* WHERE...Most of the East TN Mountains.
* WHEN...From midnight tonight to midnight EST Monday Night.
* IMPACTS... Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning and evening commutes. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
